You're there — but you're not really there
You cannot be fully present every minute of the day. Nobody can. This challenge isn't about that. 💛
Why ten minutes
Ten real minutes beat two hours of half-there — every time. So you give up all of it, for a little of it: phone in another room, fully there.
That's the whole thing. Five days, one small move a day, and a short honest note from me each morning.

What the five days look like
Lose the phone
Pick your 10-minute window. The phone goes in another room — not face-down, another room.
Follow, don't lead
For ten minutes, do what they're doing. No agenda, no fixing, no teaching.
Stay with the feeling
When it gets big, you don't solve it. You stay. Ten minutes of "I'm right here."
One ordinary ritual
Snack, bath, the walk home — pick one everyday thing and be all the way in it.
Make it a keeper
Notice what changed. Choose the ten minutes that stays — long after the challenge.
