The honest bit

Meet Maya.
She isn't real — on purpose.

Maya talks about the parts of parenting, being a woman and being a partner that are hard to say out loud. Her face and her voice are made with AI. Here is exactly what that means — and why we chose it.

Maya
made with AI
a real message
1

Maya is an AI character

Up front: Maya is not a real woman you could meet. Her face in every photo and video is generated by AI, and her voice is synthetic. She is a character — consistent, recognisable, and open about being made.

What is not invented is the substance. What Maya talks about comes from real parenting research and the ordinary struggles parents actually have — not from lines written just to go viral.

2

Why not a real person?

1

To protect real children

Real parenting means real children. A character lets us share what helps without putting a real child's face on the internet.

2

To be honest with you

We'd rather tell you Maya is AI than quietly let you assume she isn't. Trust matters more than the illusion.

3

To show up every day

Maya can post calmly and consistently, in more than one language, without burning out a real person.

4

Because the idea is the point

What helps you is the ten-minute shift — not who's on screen. Maya is the messenger; the message is yours to keep.

Made by IDentity Center GmbH

Maya is created and run with a content system built by IDentity Center GmbH — a small company working on honest, well-made AI media. The system writes, voices, films and schedules what Maya shares, while real people decide what she stands for and check what goes out.

Current EU rules (the AI Act) say realistic AI people should be clearly labelled as artificially generated. We agree — which is why the “AI character” note sits on every page, and why this page exists at all.

Now — those ten minutes

Maya may be made. But ten honest minutes a day are completely real. Pick where you need them.
